Privacy notice

This notice explains how Digital Suite handles personal information through this website, digitalsuite.agency. You can contact us about privacy at hello@digitalsuite.agency.

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus basic technical information needed to run the site.

• Enquiries. When you use the contact form, we use your name, contact details and message to reply to your enquiry and keep a record of the conversation.
• Business Review bookings. When you book a call, we use the details you enter to arrange, confirm and prepare for the conversation.
• Free Local Growth Check requests. When you request a check, we use your details and the business information you provide to prepare and send the requested report based on publicly available information, and to follow up on your request.
• Phone and email. If you call or email us directly, we use what you share to respond.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and embedded services process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and forms securely. Our blog counts article views.

Replying to your enquiry, booking or report request is separate from marketing. We only send marketing messages where you have separately agreed or where the law otherwise allows it, and every marketing message lets you opt out. If you opt out, we keep a minimal record so that we do not contact you for marketing again.

We use service providers to run the website and our customer relationship tools, including:

• website hosting and our website database;
• a customer relationship management platform that hosts our contact, booking and Growth Check forms, and stores the details you submit through them;
• Google Fonts, which supplies the typeface used on this site.

These providers may store or process information outside South Africa. Where that happens, we rely on providers that are bound to protect it. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected: enquiry and booking records while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards; client records for the duration of our work together and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes; and opt-out records for as long as needed to respect your choice.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to its use, or opt out of marketing at any time. Email hello@digitalsuite.agency and we will respond. You may also lodge a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator.

We may update this notice when our website or processes change. The current version is always on this page.
