Sound familiar?
Most of the chasing happens between jobs.
The job is in someone's WhatsApp
Requests arrive in different places, and details live in whoever took the call.
Tomorrow's order is a guess
Visits get booked in the order they came in, not the order that makes sense on the road.
The technician phones the office
For the address, the gate code, what was quoted, or whether parts were ordered.
Invoices wait until Friday
Someone has to piece the job back together before the invoice can go out.
Schedule and route
A sensible order for each person's day.
Compare the booked order with a suggested one. The fixed appointment does not move, and nothing changes until someone applies it.
Visits in a sensible order.
Route suggestions put one person's visits in a practical order. Fixed bookings stay where they are.
A person reviews the suggested order, then applies it. Nothing moves until they do.
- 1Geyser inspection
- 2Leaking kitchen tap
- 3Bathroom quote visit
- 4Pipe repair follow-up
Suggested for one person's day. Review it, then apply it.

Follow one job through.

What does Automate OnSite cover?
Enquiries, quotes, jobs, scheduled visits, route planning for one person's day, job details and notes on the phone, and invoices, all on the same customer record. In your demo we walk through your own jobs to check the fit before you sign up.
How does route planning work?
It suggests an order for one person's visits in a day. Fixed appointments stay where they are, and visits that need more than one person are left out. A person reviews the order and applies it. There is no live GPS tracking or automatic dispatch across a team.
Can I connect my customer messages?
Bring conversations from the channels you connect into one inbox. We check your existing WhatsApp number and the other channels you use before setup, so you know what can connect.
What about Google Business Profile and social media?
Every plan includes social, Google Business Profile and email tools. Your team creates, approves and schedules its own posts and newsletters, and manages reviews, from one place. Email and messaging usage is extra. During onboarding we check which channels can connect and set up your sending domain, so you know what is available before you start.
Can my customers pay through Automate?
Your customers pay you through your own payment provider. Your Automate subscription is billed to you separately by Digital Suite. Payment provider options for your customers are confirmed during the demo.
