You supply your business details, access and approvals. Setup is standard configuration with guided onboarding, not instant provisioning or unlimited custom work. Complex migration, integrations and custom workflows are quoted separately.

Prices are monthly and exclude applicable taxes.
Metered AI, phone, messaging and email usage, and any chargeable channel subscriptions, are extra and explained before you sign up.
A standard account covers one business, one location and one process, with up to 10 active users. Larger, multi-branch or complex set-ups are scoped separately.
Complex migration, integrations and custom workflows are quoted separately.

Is setup included?

Yes. Every plan includes standard account setup and guided onboarding, so you're ready to use Automate after onboarding. You supply your business details, access and approvals. Complex migration, integrations and custom workflows are quoted separately.

What is not included in the monthly price?

Applicable taxes, metered AI, phone, messaging and email usage, and any chargeable channel subscriptions. We explain these before you sign up.

Does Partner include our marketing?

No. Partner adds ongoing care: weekly checks, priority help, a monthly 30-minute review and two standard improvements, within up to four hours of Digital Suite work a month. Marketing work such as SEO, websites or ads is a separate, quoted service. Daily dispatch, full SEO, social content production and advertising are not included.
