Weekly scorecard

Five numbers worth looking at every week.

Fill this in once a week — ideally at the same time, with the same person. Leave a box blank if you don't know; blanks stay blank in your export.

    Suitable enquiries

New enquiries this week that fit your services and area.

    Quotes awaiting action

Quotes not yet sent, or sent and waiting for the next follow-up.

    Jobs to prepare

Booked jobs still missing parts, access details, a person or a confirmed time.

    Complete but uninvoiced jobs

Work marked complete that hasn't been invoiced yet.

    Customer issues

Complaints, call-backs or disputes that are still open.

    How to use the numbers

    • Look at the trend, not one week. Keep each week's export and compare.
    • Every number needs an owner. A count with nobody responsible is just a worry.
    • Uninvoiced jobs first. It's work already done; see job to invoice.
    • Quotes awaiting action point to follow-up gaps; see clear quotes.
    • Jobs to prepare show where tomorrow could go wrong; see day planning.

There are no benchmarks here on purpose. What matters is whether your own numbers are moving in the right direction.
